Choose email communications

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with a convenient and easy way to stay informed of the latest news relating to the Fund, we are offering members the option to sign up to receive generic Trustee communications via email.  If you are receiving a pension from the Fund or have a deferred pension you should receive a postcard from us in the next few days telling you how to register for email communications from the Fund.

The postcard contains a QR code and a website site address which will take you to a secure website  to register your email address. When registering you will also be asked for your full name, National Insurance number and date of birth. You only need to register if you are interested in receiving generic Fund communications such as the annual report from the Trustee or the Pensioner’s Gazette by email. Other personal correspondence from the Fund such as payslips, P60s, statements etc, will continue to be sent to you by post.

To register either type the website address shown on the postcard into your internet browser / search bar or scan the QR code – to do this open the camera on your mobile phone or other device and hold it for a couple of seconds over the QR code. Your phone or device will recognise the QR code and display a notification. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code and it will then take you directly to the registration page.

Go paperless and stay in touch with the Fund digitally!
