ITPF Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure

The Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure covers any dispute between you and the Trustees, or any complaint by you against the Trustees. If your query cannot be resolved to your satisfaction on an informal basis or you have a clear dispute or complaint relating to the Fund, then you may be able to use the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
